Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile purchase orders to vendor invoices and statements, maintaining accurate records.
- Determine proper account and company allocations and code invoices.
- Post invoices in CDK, a leading automotive software solution.
- Establish and select checks for payment, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Reconcile monthly check runs for payment, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare disbursement checks for signatures, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Follow up on management inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure all documents are received in a timely manner, facilitating smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
