About the Role

As a NetSuite Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to ensure the continued adoption and expansion of NetSuite's cloud-based business operations system. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell NetSuite's solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly quota objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic selling and negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and enablement, to increase sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and NetSuite's product offerings to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of SaaS/Technology sales experience
  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and NetSuite's product offerings
