**Position Overview**: The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in assisting new clients with their vehicle purchases. Below are the key responsibilities:

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Cultivate relationships and create lifelong customers.

2. Assist clients in selecting vehicles by actively listening and asking insightful questions.

3. Become an expert on our vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

4. Conduct high-quality and professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles.

5. Follow up with customers to encourage referral business.

6. Develop skills to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.

7. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

8. Bring a positive attitude and commitment to excellence every day.

**Qualifications**

1. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

2. Eagerness to learn about new products and their features.

3. Exceptional communication skills with customers.

4. Professional and well-groomed appearance.

5. Clean driving record.

6. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
