**Position Overview**: The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their vehicle purchases. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this position:

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Foster relationships and create loyal customers.

2. Assist clients in selecting the right vehicle by actively listening and asking insightful questions.

3. Become an expert on our vehicle offerings, including optional packages and the latest technology.

4. Conduct high-quality demonstrations of both new and used vehicles.

5. Follow up with customers to encourage referral business.

6. Develop skills to overcome objections and excel in sales scenarios.

7. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, and performance reviews.

8. Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day.

**Qualifications**
