Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving revenue by acquiring new Pacaso owners. You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and engaging with potential buyers through a consultative sales approach. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients will be essential in guiding them through the sales process and nurturing relationships to move qualified prospects through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities
• Prospect Generation & Pipeline Management: Utilize sales tools like a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to identify and qualify potential buyers nationwide and power dialer (Dialpad) to accelerate connections. Implement a strategic outbound calling strategy, incorporating cold calling to exceed 80 cold calls per day in our fast-paced tech startup environment.
• Cultivate leads through consistent follow-up and nurture them through the sales funnel. Manage a robust sales pipeline, balancing new lead acquisition with existing lead nurturing efforts.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pacaso's co-ownership model and its value proposition. Effectively communicate this to potential buyers, highlighting the benefits and advantages of Pacaso ownership.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of Pacaso.

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in business development with a proven ability to build relationships and generate leads in a consumer-facing environment.
• Track record of over-achieving sales targets. Experience working with or similar CRM systems.
• Achievement driven, competitive, with high ethical values and professionalism. Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management. Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual environment.
• Strong written and verbal communicator with internal and external awareness. BA or college degree preferred.
