Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation of a positive and productive work environment
  • Plan and host community outreach events to foster relationships with parents and the local community
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including billing, supply ordering, and scheduling maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive enrollment and retention
Requirements:
  • Early childhood education leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
