Key Responsibilities- Collects and records patient data, reporting information and observations to the nursing team in a timely manner.
- Performs various patient care duties, including vital sign collection, blood glucose monitoring, and urinary catheter care.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and eating.
- Completes and maintains accurate and detailed records, files, and documents related to patient care and unit management.
- Provides administrative support, including preparing reports, purchase orders, and memos using computer programs.
- Greets visitors and assists them as needed, while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the nurse or physician, including running errands and transporting patients.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Less than 1 Year of Experience in a Healthcare Setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
