As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, coordinating patient care with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the total healthcare delivery system in their assigned unit, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments, including monitoring nursing service and identifying potential problems.
- Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations, and coordinate staffing levels to meet contractual requirements.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere and attend monthly staff meetings as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one year clinical experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
- Current CPR Certification.
