We are seeking a skilled Charge Registered Nurse to oversee the total healthcare delivery system in their assigned nursing unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, coordinating patient care with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the total healthcare delivery system in their assigned unit, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure.
  • Coordinate patient care with other departments, including monitoring nursing service and identifying potential problems.
  • Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations, and coordinate staffing levels to meet contractual requirements.
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere and attend monthly staff meetings as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Prefer a minimum of one year clinical experience.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
  • Current CPR Certification.
