Position Overview:
As an Evening Financial Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and records within our establishment. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Financial Accuracy:** Verify figures, postings, and documentation for precision. Manage, store, and analyze computerized financial data effectively.
2. **Cash Management:** Safeguard cash and cash equivalents in accordance with established cash handling policies and procedures.
3. **Record Keeping:** Organize and maintain all files and records, adhering to confidentiality and document retention policies.
4. **Reporting:** Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports, including statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports.
5. **Auditing:** Conduct audits and reconciliations of all revenue postings to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Safety and Security:
Adhere to all safety and security protocols; report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management. Maintain vigilance regarding unauthorized individuals on the premises.

Professional Conduct:
Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional appearance. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Guest Relations:
Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards. Anticipate and address guests' service needs, providing assistance to individuals with disabilities and expressing genuine appreciation to guests.

Communication Skills:
Utilize clear and professional language in all interactions. Prepare and review written documents accurately and respond to telephone inquiries with appropriate etiquette.

Team Collaboration:
Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team objectives and responding to the concerns of fellow employees.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.

Qualifications:
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience:** No prior related work experience required.
- **Supervisory Experience:** Not applicable.
- **Licenses/Certifications:** None required.
