As a key member of our finance team, the Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and maintaining the integrity of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Verify figures, postings, and documentation for precision.
2. Manage, secure, and analyze computerized financial data.
3. Safeguard cash and cash equivalents in accordance with established policies.
4. Organize and maintain files and records, adhering to confidentiality standards.
5. Prepare and distribute financial reports, including statistical and payroll data.
6. Conduct audits and reconciliations of revenue postings.
Safety and Security:
Adhere to all safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management. Maintain vigilance regarding unauthorized individuals on the premises.
Professional Conduct:
Uphold company policies and maintain a professional appearance. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company assets.
Guest Relations:
Provide exceptional service by welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and addressing any concerns with genuine appreciation.
