About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN-Patient Navigator to join our team at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 6:30am to 4:00pm, with no call requirements.

Job Summary

The RN-Patient Navigator will be responsible for performing basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision. This includes aiding with movement and placement of patients, assisting with personal care and activities of daily living, reporting findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff, documenting necessary records, and maintaining patient rooms clean and orderly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience. Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Estimated Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
