Restoration Construction Project Manager/Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at GPAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial restoration construction and a proven track record of success in project management and estimation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project proposals to determine budget, time frames, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement project plans, assigning duties and responsibilities to project staff, and managing subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, including cost tracking and progress updates.
- Collaborate with project personnel to resolve issues and modify schedules or plans as needed.
- Monitor project closeout, including final quantities, change orders, and releases from agreements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in commercial restoration construction project management and estimation.
- Strong knowledge of commercial restoration construction documentation, general contracting, and Xactimate software.
- BS/BA in Construction, Engineering, or Business is a plus.
- Leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong technical orientation.
- IICRC, FSRT, AMR, WRT Certifications a plus.
Salary: $70k-$90k annually
