Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Gpac is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, laborers, and support staff.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and work closely with finance teams to ensure profitability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
