About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our Percepta team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing available resources and systems.
  • Document customer contacts and interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Initiate outbound contacts as necessary to resolve customer issues or provide additional support.
  • Utilize available resources to respond to internal and external customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or French preferred, with the ability to pass written and oral assessments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and co-workers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
