This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to join Cigna Healthcare as an Administrative Assistant Senior Representative. As a key member of the Market Growth Leader team, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative services to the Market Growth Leader and local market leadership team, including calendar management, expense reporting, and other support.
  • Project Management: Produce and update presentations and other materials, including editing in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Perform meeting and event support, such as preparing meeting materials and notes, ensuring appropriate space setup and cleanup, catering management, and other projects as needed.
  • Community and Civic Affairs: Support local community and civic affairs events, assisting with event planning, management, and breakdown.
  • Office Initiatives: Assist with various projects within a high-traffic sales office, including office initiatives, mail and office supply management, and facility oversight.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order all office supplies and promotional items and maintain the budget for management monthly and year-end.
  • Printing and Shipping: Assist with printing requests, including printing, binding, and shipping materials.
  • Segment-Level Support: May support segment-level administrative services projects in partnership with other local offices.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate professionally and collaborate with internal matrix partners, brokers, and clients.
  • Backup Support: Backup other administrative professionals when needed.
Qualifications
  • Administrative Experience: 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, with demonstrated ability to support senior leaders, strongly preferred.
  • Office Management: 1+ years of experience with office or facility management, strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer-based technical skills, including Outlook, Word, and internet/web navigation, strong knowledge base of Microsoft Excel, required.
  • Project Management: Project management experience preferred.
  • Health Insurance Background: General understanding of the overall sales process and knowledge of health insurance, preferred.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Adaptability and Organization: Ability to work in a production-like, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change, with the ability to manage, prioritize, and work on numerous projects at one time.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Budgeting and Accounting: Budgeting or accounting experience preferred.
