YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Advisor at Ermenegildo Zegna, you will play a pivotal role in transforming each customer's visit into an unforgettable luxury shopping experience. Acting as Brand Ambassadors, you will engage customers by sharing the brand's rich history and creating an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm for the Zegna collections. Building lasting relationships with customers begins with a warm welcome and extends through the personalized service you provide.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your focus will be on maximizing sales through operational excellence and maintaining the store's visual appeal. Customer Advisors serve as trusted fashion and style consultants, delivering the highest level of sophistication and service. Your role is central to the brand's growth and longevity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer service by adhering to the Zegna Selling Flow and embodying the Zegna Mindset.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit in driving business growth.
  • Network effectively to attract new clientele and build a robust customer database.
  • Engage with customers to uncover their needs and preferences for their shopping occasions.
  • Anticipate both expressed and unexpressed customer desires, responding proactively to exceed expectations.
  • Create opportunities for customers to explore various Zegna brands and products through personalized styling options.
  • Promote the Zegna Made-to-Measure service to meet current and future customer needs.
  • Utilize provided technology to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
  • Share compelling 'Zegna Stories' to enrich the selling experience.
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer data in line with Zegna's CRM protocols.
  • Foster ongoing customer relationships through after-sales communication, including thank-you notes and follow-ups.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy, adhering to Zegna's service policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of store inventory.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Zegna's products, craftsmanship, and style evolution, translating this knowledge into customer benefits.
  • Communicate effectively with the store team to ensure customer and business needs are met.
  • Support the onboarding of new staff by acting as a mentor when assigned.
  • Measure personal performance using Zegna's customer service and sales KPIs.
  • Comply with Zegna's operational and attendance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Passionate and open-minded.

  • Committed to generating customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in digital technology.
  • Familiarity with Apple products is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Compensation for this position ranges from $25-$30 per hour, plus commission, based on relevant skills and experience.
