Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and restocked as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Coach products, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
