YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The role of the Luxury Retail Consultant at Vilebrequin is pivotal in nurturing the growth and sustainability of our brand by fostering and enhancing client relationships. As a Luxury Retail Consultant, you are responsible for embodying the spirit of the Vilebrequin brand and bringing it to life daily. Acting as Brand Ambassadors, you engage clients in exploring our heritage through storytelling and igniting enthusiasm for the Vilebrequin collections. You will transform a customer's visit into an unforgettable luxury shopping experience. This position is onsite and reports to the Store Manager.

YOUR IMPACT
Create a Welcoming Atmosphere
  • Greet customers promptly and proactively offer assistance.
  • Maintain a dynamic service presence at each location.
  • Skillfully ask relevant questions to discern a customer's needs for effective guidance.
  • Possess knowledge of store layout and current merchandise to direct customers appropriately.
  • Foster a welcoming, enjoyable, and energetic customer environment.
  • Promote a positive work atmosphere through teamwork.
Enhance the Shopping Experience
  • Consistently meet personal and store sales objectives; serve clients according to Vilebrequin's established selling standards.
  • Utilize the WAVE sales methodology in every transaction by identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and building enduring relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling to ensure the finest customer experience, both in-store and online.
  • Communicate collection details effectively while assisting clients.
  • Keep the customer wish list updated, notifying clients when products arrive.
  • Surpass individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets: ADS, UPT, Email Capture, Name Attachment Rate, Women's Sales, and Top to Bottom by delivering superior customer service.
  • Comply with all corporate customer service protocols.
  • Exhibit effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Lead by example and positively influence peers.
Support Store Operational Excellence
  • Assist in store operations, including timely processing of deliveries and transfers, merchandising products on the sales floor, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Execute accurate POS procedures, including proper cash handling and register operations.
  • Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
  • Safeguard company assets, including key holding responsibilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards.
  • Responsible for store opening and closing duties.
Problem Solving
  • Demonstrate high energy levels and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understand customer concerns and swiftly determine solutions with minimal supervision.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a retail environment, focusing on sales, preferably in a luxury or hospitality context.

Essential Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling required.
  • Occasional ladder climbing.
  • Routine standing for the duration of the shift (up to 8 hours).

OUR COMMITMENT
The compensation for this position ranges from $17-18 hourly, with the offered rate dependent on candidates' relevant skills and experience.
