Senior Revenue Growth Strategist

Alethea is looking for an experienced sales process specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and a proven track record of improving sales processes and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and improve sales processes and workflows
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
- Create accurate forecasts and drive revenue growth
- Oversee the implementation and administration of technology tools, including CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and collaboration skills
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $113,050 - $173,250 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
- Comprehensive benefits package, including flexible PTO, health, dental, and vision plans, and generous company holidays
- Hybrid work environment, with 3 days per week required in office in Washington, D.C or New York
