Position Available: MDS Nurse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and document the assessment processes for residents.
  • Contribute to the formulation of Comprehensive Care Plans in alignment with facility, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of residents to confirm adherence to Individual Resident Care Plans, making updates as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing from the State of Alabama.
  • Exhibit a compassionate and positive demeanor when interacting with elderly individuals who have diverse nursing care requirements.
