Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and document the assessment processes for residents.
  • Contribute to the formulation of Comprehensive Care Plans that align with facility, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure that Individual Resident Care Plans are actively monitored and updated as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing from the State of Alabama.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with elderly individuals who have diverse nursing care requirements.
