Overview:
As a Night Auditor, you will oversee the night audit functions to ensure financial integrity and adherence to hotel standards. You will collaborate with various departments to guarantee exceptional service for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile daily revenue reports by auditing Point of Sale records to analyze revenue, covers, service fees, and tips.
  • Generate audit reports from the front office and Point of Sale systems.
  • Address any discrepancies and resolve technical issues that arise during your shift.
  • Enter financial data into the front office system to produce daily summaries.
  • Reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts each night, maintaining accurate records for the next day.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Weekend Availability Required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel setting is preferred.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in calculations using a 10-key.
  • Ability to address guest and team member concerns in a positive manner.
  • Competence in navigating and inputting data into a moderately complex computer system.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to various audiences.
