Role Responsibilities:
This position involves conducting audit activities for various Lines of Business (LOBs). Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing audit strategies to ensure effective risk-based auditing, defining the audit scope and program, and utilizing innovative methods for timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Identifying control weaknesses, engaging with management, and proposing recommendations for improvement.
- Building relationships with business partners to enhance understanding of operations.
- Evaluating the impact of business processes and controls, providing recommendations on severity ratings.
- Exercising sound judgment to influence management positively and enhance the control environment while gaining knowledge of products and technical expertise.
- Developing proficiency in innovative tools to enhance audit efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
- A minimum of 3 years of auditing experience within finance, internal audit, or public accounting, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
