Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audit engagements across various industries, focusing on manufacturing and distribution.
  • Design and implement audit programs by establishing objectives, identifying risks, assessing controls, and creating testing procedures relevant to the audit scope.
  • Engage in technical accounting research on a range of accounting topics.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality services and outputs that surpass client expectations.
  • Maintain open communication to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare clear and concise workpapers and other documentation.
  • Effectively manage priorities and provide timely updates to team leaders.
Qualifications Required:
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience, including a background in public accounting.
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or a Master’s degree in Accounting/Taxation.
  • CPA license or similar certification preferred, or actively pursuing CPA licensure.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills in English.
  • Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
  • Familiarity with ProSystem fx Engagement.
  • Experience using any audit methodology software (PPC, Knowledge Coach, CaseWare).
