Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness
  • Assist healthcare providers and clinical staff
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Help with patient appointment scheduling and telephone inquiries
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Engage in training sessions as required
Qualifications:
  • Valid Medical Assistant Certification or actively pursuing certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in pediatrics or a clinical office environment
  • Strong verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent telephone manners
