  • Address customer complaints effectively, aiming to convert dissatisfied guests into loyal patrons.
  • Develop strategies to enhance sales, profitability, and customer traffic.
  • Ensure all menu items are prepared according to established recipes and presented to Outback standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and service expectations to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
  • Estimate food requirements and place orders in accordance with set guidelines.
  • Manage the profit and loss for the restaurant.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance across the restaurant and its premises.
  • Commit to maintaining operational standards and basics with enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Oversee all administrative functions, including cash management and compliance with governmental regulations.

Qualifications:

As a Managing Partner (Proprietor), you should be reliable, self-sufficient, and passionate about quality food and outstanding customer service. A successful candidate will blend a charismatic personality with professional commitment and a collaborative spirit. Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills are essential.

  • Ability to provide necessary investment for periodic bonuses at the assigned restaurant.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a general manager in a hospitality setting.
  • Eligibility to obtain a state liquor license.
  • Willingness to work in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.
  • Successful completion of Management Assessment testing.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Previous experience as a front-of-house manager is preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite and Outlook, is preferred.
  • Experience with Point Of Sale systems is preferred.
