Administrative Operations Coordinator

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, you will provide critical support to the Pastor and other Pastoral Staff. Key responsibilities include maintaining the Parish Census Database, overseeing hourly employees, and assisting with parish communications. You will also be responsible for scheduling funerals, new parish registrations, and Baptisms, as well as sending receipts and scanned documents to the shared services bookkeeper. Additionally, you will assist the Pastor in overseeing contractors and perform other secretarial and administrative duties as requested.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain PDS – the Parish Census Database
- Oversee hourly employees, collecting time sheets bi-weekly
- Send receipts and scanned documents to shared services bookkeeper as needed
- Assist Pastor in overseeing contractors
- Perform other secretarial and administrative duties as requested

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Google Calendar
- Ability to work in conjunction with the Communications Coordinator to send the ministry schedule bi-monthly and order materials necessary for the various ministries
