About the Credit Services Specialist Role

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a highly skilled Credit Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Resident Insurance Team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including answering inquiries, creating/maintaining documents, and tracking information to ensure timely project progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal teams to create/maintain Excel spreadsheets and other documents.
  • Track down information needed to move projects along in a timely fashion.
  • Answer inquiries and provide support regarding renters insurance.
  • Set up supplier accounts for properties.
  • Assist operators with credit services setup processes and training.
  • Communicate with all suppliers and operations teams.
  • Participate in special projects as requested.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Three or more years of experience in a professional office environment required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience in property management preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
  • Expert level certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of management effectively and sensitively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency.
  • Solid organization and time management skills.
  • Able to complete tasks on deadline.
  • Able to organize recurring tasks.
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters required.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
Work Environment:

Typically, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Exposure to an office environment. Possible exposure to short-tempered or aggressive people.

Physical Requirements:
