Teller Floater

Sound Credit Union is seeking a Teller Floater / Member Service Representative to support branches in the Lynnwood region. This role involves performing routine financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and building relationships with members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
• Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales and service goals

Requirements:

• One year of customer service experience required; cash handling and retail sales experience preferred
• Ability to travel between branches
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
