Position: Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Manager

Position Overview:

The Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive production and submission of various regulatory documents, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards, the Bank's policies, and applicable accounting principles. Key responsibilities include supervising report design, implementing quality controls, addressing issues, and resolving discrepancies in data and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on the production processes for Liquidity Regulatory Reports, including FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, and FR Y-15 STWF reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pre-submission analysis of reports.
  • Assess reporting processes, introduce new controls for enhanced efficiency, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Review data systems and reporting methodologies, identify and correct data quality issues, and coordinate with various teams.
  • Reconcile U.S. Liquidity reports with other regulatory submissions.
  • Develop and maintain process and control documentation in alignment with the Bank's framework.
  • Engage in teams to implement regulatory and accounting changes.
  • Support ad-hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in financial services, with substantial expertise in liquidity regulatory reporting and at least three years in a managerial capacity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of U.S. Basel III regulations, banking laws applicable to bank holding companies/foreign banking organizations, and prior experience in preparing U.S. Liquidity Regulatory Reports.
  • Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving, effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a solid understanding of banking products.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this position ranges from $133K to $164K, commensurate with expertise, skills, experience, and location. Additional performance-based bonuses and incentives may be available.
