Position: Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Manager

Position Overview:
The Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive production and submission of various regulatory filings, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards, the Bank's policies, and applicable accounting principles. Key responsibilities include supervising report designs, implementing quality controls, addressing discrepancies, and resolving data and process challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on the production processes for Liquidity Regulatory Reports, including FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, and FR Y-15 STWF reports.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to conduct pre-submission analyses of reports.
- Assess reporting processes, introduce new controls to enhance efficiency, and mitigate operational risks.
- Review data systems and reporting methodologies, identify and rectify data quality issues, and coordinate with various teams.
- Reconcile U.S. Liquidity reports with other regulatory submissions.
- Develop and maintain process and control documentation in accordance with the Bank's framework.
- Participate in teams to implement regulatory and accounting updates.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in the financial services industry, with substantial expertise in liquidity regulatory reporting and at least three years in a managerial capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Basel III regulations, banking regulations applicable to bank holding companies/foreign banking organizations, and prior experience in preparing U.S. Liquidity Regulatory Reports.
- Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a solid understanding of banking products.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary for this position ranges from $133K to $164K, depending on expertise, skills, experience, and location. Additional performance-based bonuses and incentives may be available.
