We are seeking a motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage office positions, maintain client and employee relationships, and meet goals set by our franchise owner. If you have leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all office positions
  • Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation
  • Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner

About the Role:

The Office Coordinator position is a full-time opportunity with SYNERGY HomeCare of Parsippany. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes liability insurance, workers' compensation coverage, and unemployment insurance.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience – One year experience in home care preferred
  • Education - High school Diploma
  • Skills – Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
  • Characteristics – Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently
