We offer counseling and case management services to adults living with co-occurring diagnoses of chronic mental illness and substance use disorder in a safe and healthy environment.

Job SummaryThis role performs administrative tasks under the supervision of the Project Director or manager designee.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, ensuring data security and confidentiality, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Answer telephone calls, route transfers, take accurate messages, respond courteously to inquiries, and make referrals.
- Collaborate with clinical and security staff to ensure safe entry/exit of clients.
- Inventory and store client property securely after pest abatement.
- Report valuable items, log cash or property in client charts, and secure cases per program protocol.
- Greet visitors, announce, and direct them promptly.
- Handle client and community inquiries and complaints; report to Project Director.
- Retrieve mail, distribute office mail daily.
- Assist with faxing, copying, managing office supply inventory.
Estimated Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on location and experience
