About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Positive Resource Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and respond to public inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and security staff to ensure safe entry/exit of clients.
  • Inventory and store client property securely after pest abatement.
  • Greet and direct visitors promptly and courteously.
  • Handle client and community inquiries and complaints.
  • Retrieve and distribute mail daily.
Requirements
  • Customer service and receptionist experience required.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • PC literate with experience in MS Word, Excel, and data entry.
