Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Requirements:
- 5 years of related office administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
