About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Innovations. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our personnel operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative personnel tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, including employee records and certificates.
  • Coordinate contract management, reporting, and certification processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, employees, and managers, responding to personnel-related inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training, degree, or similar qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, structured, and service-oriented work style, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
