Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, promoting our services and encouraging retention
- Assist with studio operations, including front desk duties, phone support, and administrative tasks
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand and services
- Collaborate with trainers and staff to deliver high-quality services and experiences
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
