Key Responsibilities- Process invoices in accordance with company policies, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and execute payments to vendors, adhering to payment terms and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and vendor statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies.
- Generate reports on accounts payable activities, providing insights to management as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
