  • Comply with all health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Attend meetings as scheduled and participate in ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of relevant bartending procedures, including drink recipes and preparation methods.
  • Great interpersonal skills, including effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and management.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
  • Ability to perform basic math and handle money and make correct change.
  • Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
