Food and Beverage Regional Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Regional Director to oversee multiple restaurant and bar operations for a multi-faceted hospitality organization.

The ideal candidate will have corporate training with a major hotel or restaurant organization and the ability to set up standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing food and beverage strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Managing multiple restaurant and bar operations, including staff supervision and training
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform menu development and pricing strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 plus bonus. Full benefits package available.
