**Job Summary**

The Customer Service Expert at Trimlite LLC is a critical role in developing strong relationships with customers while handling incoming customer calls, placing orders, and addressing and troubleshooting customer quality concerns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage multiple inbound and outbound customer interactions daily, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Resolve product inquiries and quoting needs over the phone, providing accurate and reliable information to customers.
  • Efficiently and accurately manage inbound quotes via online portals, ensuring seamless order processing.
  • Review, audit, and enter customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Determine the nature of order changes and provide insight to customers and field sales agents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Receive and relay production, accounting, or shipping changes impacting orders, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Audit each return or request to arrive at cost and time-efficient solutions to individual problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Guide end-users to solutions, depending on their needs, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Use materials provided and industry knowledge to guide customers through troubleshooting and solution identification, ensuring accurate and reliable information.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Guide all incoming foot traffic, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for customers.
  • Follow safety and quality requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding cost and time-efficient solutions to individual problems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.

**Education and Experience:**

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of order management experience, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Experience in the door or building industry is a plus, but not required.

**Salary Description:**

$26-30/hr.
