About RFI Enterprises, Inc.

RFI Communications & Security Systems is a leading provider of physical and logical security integrations. We are seeking a skilled Security Solutions Sales Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
* Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and identify new business opportunities
* Prepare and deliver presentations, system demonstrations, and proposals to customers
* Close sales, lead negotiations, and finalize agreements with customers
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce
* Provide regular updates on sales performance and business development progress to management

Requirements

* High school education or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of experience in security and/or life safety sales, construction, or HVAC sales required
* Ideal candidates will have 5 or more years of experience, excellent time management and organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM
* Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance required

Compensation

$65,000-$95,000 base plus uncapped commission
