Job Summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Anesthetist to join our team. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe administration of anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Evaluate patients pre-operatively, reviewing their medical history and selecting the most appropriate anesthetic for each patient.
  • Monitor patients intraoperatively, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest anesthesia techniques and technologies, participating in ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
  • Current RN license and certification as a CRNA.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
