Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Transportation Specialist to join our team at Shoreline Operations LLC. As a Patient Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the facility's bus or van to transport residents to and from local hospitals and other destinations.
  • Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Assist passengers with wheelchairs and other mobility aids, and provide a positive experience during transportation.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of trip sheets, fuel purchases, and vehicle condition reports.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license in this state with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with residents of this nature.
  • Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is a plus.
