Position Summary
We are looking for an Administrator to become a part of our team at Everstory. This position is multifaceted and varied, presenting opportunities to gain insights into different areas of our operations while assisting clients and team members. As an Administrator, your duties will encompass:
- Processing contracts and ensuring quality control
- Handling banking tasks such as cash receipt entries and deposits
- Overseeing cemetery operations in accordance with company policies
- Interacting with clients for both pre-need and post-need sales
- Utilizing Everstory CRM for sales tracking
- Performing administrative functions including filing, record management, and HR support
- Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Handling deeds and certificates
- Participating in reporting and meetings
Qualifications
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and filing
- Basic proficiency in computer applications including word processing and spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
- A minimum of one year of experience in administration or customer service roles
