About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at J. J. Keller. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary interface between J. J. Keller and the client.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients via phone, email, fax, and correspondence.
  • Educate clients on regulatory requirements, providing interpretations and best practices.
  • Determine clients' needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Research and resolve invoice and payment issues.
  • Update client-specific profile information.
  • Monitor client responsibilities to ensure compliance with service requirements.
  • Analyze compliance trends and develop formal improvement programs as needed.
Requirements
  • 3 years of total office experience with 1+ year of client services experience in a professional services environment.
  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word with intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
