We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at J. J. Keller. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary interface between J. J. Keller and the client.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other means to ensure their needs are met and provide education on regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor client responsibilities to ensure compliance with service requirements and analyze compliance trends.
  • Update and analyze client-specific reports, maintaining expertise on applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assist with the implementation of new clients, including initial audits, and maintain confidentiality of client information.
