We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Insurance Relationship Manager. This role involves establishing strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and educating them about insurance options.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.

Requirements
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing roles.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- People-oriented and detail-oriented.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Able to learn computer functions quickly.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- A Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- A Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
Salary Range
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
