About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Utilize networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead generation methods to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct Needs Analysis: Understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
  • Educate Clients: Explain coverage details, benefits, and exclusions to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Customize Solutions: Tailor insurance recommendations and quotes to meet individual client needs.
  • Follow Up and Nurture Relationships: Maintain regular contact with leads and clients to address concerns and overcome objections.
Qualifications:
  • Proven Track Record: Success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-Motivation and Results Orientation: Drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
  • Time Management and Organization: Effective prioritization of tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • CRM Software Proficiency: Familiarity with using CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships.
  • Active Insurance License: Required in [state(s)].
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: Preferred.
