As a Consumer Relationship Manager at First Financial Bancorp, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to meet their financial needs.
- Provide expert advice on banking products and services to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales and service goals as set by management.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of client service experience in a retail environment.
- 2-3 years of sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales is preferred.
